Set up are mulitple versions of each sheet, in case more than one person at a time needs to use them. Imagine them like public phone booths. When one person is using one, you wait your turn, or take the next available one.
Here are the rules:
1. When you are finished, zero out the stats and armor boxes for the next person.
2. Do NOT edit the formulas. This is pointless on a number of levels, and can cause a headache for yourself and those behind you.
3. When in doubt, always round down.
1. Fill in the green box for "Current XP"
2. Fill in the green boxes under stats as you see fit, you will be able to see what each stat effects and how underneath.
3. When the remaining XP box goes into negative numbers, you are out of XP.
A quick list of what everything does:
Spoiler:
Stats - What everything is based from
XP used - How much XP is currently locked in that stat
Raw Stat Rating - What is used when a check for that stat is needed(EX: yanking a weapon from someone's hand would be a raw strength check)
Stat Total - self explanatory.
Void - your 'average' rating. Void is probably the most important calculation ever. It is based on all 8 stats. The safest way to put it, Void IS your character.
Defense: Passive - The minimum it takes for a roll to hit you.
Active - Increases your passive
Genjutsu - the minimum it takes for a genjutsu to hit you.
Condition: HP - Health Points - when you hit 0, you're knocked out
CP - Chakra - used to fuel jutsu and other abilities
MP - Movement Points - Number of actions you get in a round
M. Speed - Movement Speed - How far you can move in a round
Armor - soaks damage, but slows your dodge.
Offensive: Ninjutsu - What you roll for ninjutsu, and what level you can use.
Genjutsu - What you roll for genjutsu, and what level you can use.
Taijutsu - What you roll for taijutsu, and what level you can use.
Damage - Base - punches, add this to weapons for damage
Heavy - [/u]kick damage, add this to heavy weapons for damage, instead of base
Ranged - add this to a ranged weapon for attacks
Ranged Heavy - Large projectiles, stringed weapons

(The big difference between this and conversion sheets are the Battlemod sheets are made to fit multiple people on one sheet, and do not show XP expenditure.)
